WooCommerce advice & help – The floors open speak now or very ever hold your peace!
Further to a recent conversation in the comment section I’ve had on the blog post the True Cost of WooCommerce, I thought I’d open up the floor to those who need help with getting their on line store up and running!
Have questions or queries about WooCommerce & need help?
Those of you with questions about what do I need, what should I do and more should definitely get in touch and let me know what they need. Whilst I am no WooCommerce guru, I do know a thing or two about it. So am fairly confident (read hopeful) that I can help you with your situation or indeed problem and offer a layman’s explanation.
I’m not a coder you know…
Whilst I am not a coder, so don’t even ask for custom coding work! I have tinkered around enough with WooCommerce to make a raft of changes. If you have a question or query beyond my remit / abilities, don’t fret I can more than likely dip into the pool of resources I have and find you help!
Do not ask me to get themes or plugins for WooCommerce
Those of you who will no doubt ask if I can get x plugin or y theme (you know who you are) don’t bother as refusal often offends! Those of you looking into WooCommerce and have questions fire away, those of you who have an existing store and would like tips or suggestions I will be more than happy to help!
I’m not bi-lingual
I will do my absolute utmost to assist you, please do remember though my native language is English (although some might argue are you sure? Due to grammatical or spelling mistakes!) and I cannot help you if I do not speak your lingo.
Your privacy matters
I’m aware some of you who may ask questions will be doing it on behalf of an end client etc. I’m not here to steal your business, I’m here to help. So if you have a sensitive end client and still need my help, don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Is this WooCommerce help & advice free?
Yup it is, I want to help you get the most out of your store. I will take payment if you insist! However I nice tweet on Twitter will suffice or a recommendation even! That’s providing of course you feel my help warrants it!
So what WooCommerce help can you give if you’re not a coder?
I will not give advice on coding, I’m a big believer in leaving that to the pro’s, don’t comment or advise on things you don’t know! So I can help you with the following though:
- WooCommerce theme suggestions (what themes to stay away from)
- WooCommerce theme set-ups
- Installing WooCommerce
- Advice on your online store and suggestions
- WooCommerce plugin recommendations & set up
- & More
How do I ask for WooCommerce help?
Well if the above sounds good to you, you can use the email form to drop me a line. I find this would be a better way for you to ask for help as many of you will no doubt be just starting out and not want to reveal your website to anyone.
